What type of refills do Campo Marzio’s pens use?
Campo Marzio’s ballpoint and roller pens use universal refills. Instead, fountain pens use universal cartridges and/or converter for ink, depending on the model. You can purchase Campo Marzio's high quality refills and cartridges online and in our stores as well as third-party compatible ones in stationary stores.

What are the payment methods accepted?
You can pay by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer (only in selected countries). Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
Shipping times and costs?
Whenever possible, orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. If, for any reason, an order cannot be despatched within 5 working days, we will contact you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise arranged by email, please allow up to 30 days for delivery outside Italy. Free international shipping on orders over €250. For orders below that amount, shipping fees are calculated according to the delivery destination and the weight of the goods.
How can I check my order?
Once you have completed your purchase on our store, you will receive an email with all the information about your order. Also, you can check your order by logging into your Personal area.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Is it possible to customise products? Yes, Campo Marzio offers product customisation, usually by engraving or embossing names or initials on pens, accessories and leather goods.

How long does it take to deliver my customised order?
The delivery usually takes 3/5 working days. In case of customised orders, the delivery time may vary, as indicated on the product page.
Can I return a purchase?
Yes. Return requests can be submitted within 14 working days from the delivery, provided that the goods haven't been used/wore already. Orders can be returned only if:
- The goods have not been used/wore already;
- The goods have been used, but a manufacturing defect was encountered within 30 days from the delivery (further conditions may apply).
The return request must be submitted by who created the order, not by the recipient, should these not coincide.

Can I pick-up my online order at Campo Marzio's stores?
Yes, "pick-up in store" service is available in our Rome and London stores. Please, keep in mind that orders from third-party retailers cannot be withdrawn at our stores.
